Careers
We are a small family kitchen, which means everybody does a little of everything and nobody gets lost in the shuffle. If you work clean, show up on time and want to learn Lao and Thai cooking, we will teach you the rest.
Now hiring
No experience needed for most roles — we train. Bilingual Hmong, Lao or Thai speakers especially welcome.
Run the wok station through lunch and dinner service — noodles, curry, fried rice, pad kra pao.
Mornings before service: broth, sauces, pounding papaya salad, breaking down vegetables.
Take care of the dining room — greet, order, run food, keep tables turning.
Answer the phone, ring up takeout, build bubble teas and keep orders moving out the door.
Keep the dish pit and the kitchen clean so the line never runs short.
Open or close the restaurant, run the schedule, handle ordering and keep service on track.
Why work here
Closed every Sunday, and we post the schedule ahead so you can plan your week.
Eat what we cook. Staff meal every shift, and you will learn the menu by eating it.
Broth, curry paste, wok technique — recipes that never got written down get passed on here.
Dish to prep, prep to line, line to shift lead. We promote from inside first.
